Once your team members have assessed their current skill levels, they can set SkillGoals to provide a map for their development journeys. SkillGoals can also be set by team leaders, and can be time-sensitive.

This is what triggers the process for turning learning into action and results, and gives your leaders the ability to hold people accountable.

Team progression in the system is always public to encourage accountability. This sort of transparency encourages team members to continue to up-skill in weak areas and achieve mastery in the competencies in which they are already skilled.

Team leaders are encouraged to pull up the team matrix in every ActionClass they host to close the loop each month.
